Our Law Firm was an idea of Massimo Dimarco, an italian lawyer operating in the field of international Law for his Clients. Year by year he created a network with very well reputated professionist in Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium and in many other countries in order to provide legal services for multinational customers that needed also juridical assistance out of Italy. The idea actually was working and in few months a good network was created to satisfy the demand of the customers, that was increasing day by day.
In the same way MD lawyers wants to reach also foreign Clients in order to provide legal services in the countries were we work and were we believe we are very strong. He represents the Clients in the italian and International legal market. He got a degree cum laude at the "Università degli studi di Milano" and he is a lawyer at the bar association of Milan. Recently he got also the European Lawyers card, that entitle him to represent the Clients also in foreign jurisdictions. He takes care about all the cross border cases and international transactions, thanking to his deep knowledge of the European and International Law.
He is often involved in International Arbitrations in EU countries and also in non EU countries.

Lawyer Michał Dudkowiak

Michal Dudkowiak obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and a diploma in British and European Law at the University of Cambridge.
Michal Dudkowiak is specialized in competition and antitrust law in Poland, he represented and advised to numerous Polish and international corporations in various antimonopoly procedures before Polish Consumer Protection and Competition Authority in Poland (UOKiK) in different sectors (e.g. banking, aviation, agricultural, telecommunications).
In addition to above Michal Dudkowiak is a regulatory specialized attorney — he advises to on Polish licenses, concessions and permits procedures. In this field Michal Dudkowiak has extensive experience in aviation, telecommunication, mining and energy projects.
In everyday course Michał Dudkowiak advises to foreign investors in the process of investment in Poland i.e.: M&A, due diligence, company incorporations, branches registrations, structuring the company, obtaining licenses, settling production or processing plants, introducing products into foreign markets, etc. He speaks Polish and English fluently.

Piotr Putyra graduated from the Law and Administration Department at the University Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan. He is a member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association and a Partner at our law firm. Piotr Putyra specializes in international economic trade. On a daily basis, he carries out and coordinates many international projects (expansion of the Polish undertakers onto foreign markets, introduction of products into foreign markets). He also deals with international debt recovery and coordination of international court proceedings. His experience extends, among others, to such countries as the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland and Italy.
Piotr Putyra specializes in banking and payment services. He also practices in competition law. In this regard he has taken part in the audits of model contracts and has provided training to the leading international concerns. Currently Piotr Putyra consults and represents undertakers in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Criminal law and fiscal penal law are of particular interest to Piotr Putyra. He speaks Polish and English.
